Overview:

Mary Davis a 69 year old Grandmother, a third-degree black belt instructor from the U.S.  Freestyle Martial Arts demonstrates how to avoid becoming a victim. To defend yourself in case you are attacked. This is a special focus to help vulnerable seniors to defend themselves in difficult situations.
